Silo Point

Silo Point was one of the busiest grain elevators on the East coast and was converted into condominiums in one of the most impressive and praised conversions in the US. The building now stands overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor as an engineering marvel.

As a representative for the investor we Co-led retail leasing and sales of residential units and land parcels. we represented the owner in design and construction meetings and helped manage punch list completion.
