Underwrote and conducted sensitivities on a 1,001 room, $900M convention center hotel under two flags with 224 branded condominiums and $20M worth of signage. Total project size of more than $2B.

Also performed sensitivities on return and waterfall structuring include lookbacks, and preferred returns on initial and overrun equity contributions. Performed due diligence and reviewed third party consultant reports.
